Construction Crew Foreman:
Foreman to responsibly oversee Construction/Enhancement projects in a wide range of residential & commercial properties throughout the Denver Metro Area. Duties include but are not limited to grading (including operation & understanding of laser level) & soil prep, planting trees, shrubs perennials & annuals. Sprinkler, edging & sod installation background required. Construction experience building walls and paver patios along with low voltage lighting installation experience is also preferred. Must have a passion for detail. Need a valid Colorado Driver’s License with good MVR, be comfortable driving a company vehicle with trailer, & skid steer tractor operation skills. Have your own reliable transportation to get to and from work & outstanding communication skills. Willing to take direction and direct/lead 3-5 other crew members. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, required for consideration. OT available. Wages, bonuses & benefits commensurate experience. EOE

Duties include but are not limited to; mowing/lawn care operations, able to operate equipment, train & oversee 1-3 budgeted daily employees, bed care services, perform minor pruning & spot weed control. Must have a passion for detail. Need a valid Driver’s License with good MVR, be comfortable driving a company vehicle with trailer, have own reliable transportation to get to and from work, outstanding communication skills, willing to take direction and direct other crew members.
